Following concerns about a proposed car meet, a Section 34 dispersal order has been issued for Brooklands Industrial Estate and the surrounding area. The order is effective from Friday, 6 November at 6pm until Sunday, 8 November at 7am.

The dispersal order empowers officers to ask groups of two or more people to leave the designated area if they are committing anti-social behaviour, or if there is a belief they may cause a nuisance to others.

Authorities urge members of the public to continue reporting any incidents of anti-social behaviour. Reports can be made through private messages on social media or via Live Chat on the police website. In emergencies, people are advised to call 999 immediately.
